REFUND/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY
What is the Ticket refund Policy?
There are no refunds on concert tickets.
The only exception to this policy is if a concert is cancelled; See below for the cancellation policy.
If a concert is cancelled, will I be refunded or should I hold my tickets for a re-scheduled show?
YOU MUST OBTAIN A REFUND FOR A CANCELLED SHOW AND PURCHASE TICKETS TO A NEW SHOW ONCE IT IS SCHEDULED. If a concert is cancelled, you are entitled to receive a full refund at the point of purchase. The Texas Longhorn makes every effort to re-schedule a concert in the event of a cancellation; however, due to timing differences and artist availability we will not honor tickets from a cancelled performance. If you purchased your tickets over the phone or online, call to have your purchase refunded to your card for the full transaction amount. This must be done on or prior to event for full refund. You may contact the office to inquire about the status of your refund during normal business hours. All guests who purchase their tickets in person from the box office must bring their tickets back during business hours to obtain a refund.
